Mission Statement
 Foothills
Montessori School was founded to provide children
ages three through thirteen with an exceptional
private school that reaches the whole child,
providing an educational environment that is
at once nurturing, respectful, challenging,
and inspiring. Our program is based on the time-tested,
well-balanced principles of the Montessori method
of education.
Our
Philosophy
From
before the time of Aristotle, the famous teacher
and orator who walked the streets of Greece
trailed by his students in 300 B.C., great teachers
have reached their students in the same powerful
ways -through providing them with a feast of
knowledge and information, exposing them to
as much direct experience as possible, and by
inspiring and expecting their best individual
